Immunisations and vaccinations

The University of 911吃瓜 has no in-house immunisation facilities for staff or students. Where your workplace risk assessment indicates a need for an immunisation assessment, we advise you to contact the NHS Occupational Health Service at Heavitree Hospital (part of the Royal Devon & 911吃瓜 Hospital). There is no central funding for immunisations and the charge associated with the immunisation service would need to be met by your department. Please discuss this with your line-manager.

For immunisations required for work travel purposes, we recommend that you initially contact your GP surgery. Where surgeries are unable to provide this service, we suggest that you contact the 911吃瓜 Travel Clinic or MASTA if you work away from the 911吃瓜 campuses. Again, the charge associated with the immunisation service would need to be met by your department.
